Effective workouts are based on doing the movements properly, not just quickly. Before we turn you loose on a workout, we establish a proper foundation to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout with the least risk of injury.
Our members have full access to all programs because we know that not everyone needs the same exact routine. You will be able to mix and match the amount of time spent in each class type giving you a chance to dial things in to fit YOUR needs.
Sometimes you want to slow down, concentrate on your lifts and technique and other times you want to push, get the heart rate up and endorphins released. At Wheelhouse, you can always mix the classes based on the direction you are taking in that season of life or based around how you simply feel that day.
