WH Online 101 is the perfect program for anyone taking their first steps into fitness. The movements you will learn are key, foundational pieces to build off of as you advance and grow in knowledge and fitness capacity. The aim is to create a solid foundation of important patterns (hinging, vertical and horizontal pressing, squatting, rowing) while progressively increasing the demands of the workouts. This is all sent to you through our app that allows you to record your own metrics, view embedded videos for movement demonstrations and communicate with our coaching staff.
WH Online 201 picks up where the 101 ended. In this series, we take things up a notch by introducing external weights (through dumbbells and kettlebells), more dynamic movements and more core demanding movements. The key is to teach you proper progressions while never giving up form. Like the 101, you will have access to this series in our coach/member app. Once you complete both beginner programs, we feel you will be armed and ready to begin our ongoing training program, the 301.
WH Online 301 is our flagship program offering a well rounded approach that challenges the majority of our student athletes. This program allows you the most room for growth and development as we incorporate a few extra pieces of equipment, and endless combinations of movement and variations to never have you bored and unchallenged. If you are new to fitness, we recommend on-boarding with our 101 and 201 first.
