Women's Self Defense Workshop
It was such an honor and a privilege to be able to host this workshop! We wanted to say thank you to all of the ladies that showed up and made the seminar so special and successful. We wanted to draw up a recap for those that couldn't make it, but also give the ones that attended a glance back on their experience.
