Friday Night Lights

Every year, our gym hosts Friday Night Lights (FNL), an exciting tradition where we come together as a community to tackle the CrossFit Open workouts. Members are divided into four teams, creating a friendly yet fierce competition that brings out the best in everyone. It's a celebration of hard work, camaraderie, and the incredible energy of our gym family!
